Hi All,

I have an nvidia gforce 4 graphics card and wish to find
out what it comes under in device manager?

The reason being is that my son has installed a game and
he is unable to play it, comes up with an error
" L_RASTERIZER::CREATE DEVICE -- could not create device
for Direct 3D. The method call is invalid. Please make
sure you have the most recent drivers installed for your
video card. "

Any kind of help in solving this proble would be very
much appreciated.

Kind Regards
Peter Flint.

It needs to show up under Display Adapters.

Also, head over to www.nvidia.com and download the latest video card
drivers.

Also, what game are your talking about???

Y.

Thanks Y.

The game is The lord of the Rings War of the Ring.

Also I do not have the option under device manager
display adapters, only sound video and game controllers.

Kind Regards.

Any Ideas why I have not got the display adapters under
device manager?

And any idea how to cure it?
Kind Regards.

Device manager is at..control panel click adm.tools (since you are the adm.
correct) then computer management, you will see device manager!
