The properties in the Device Manager will display :
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)".

Digital Signer is Microsoft Windows Publisher.

Please guide how to solve this problem.

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to hardware for whatever
operating system you're running.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

Try alt.comp.periphs.videocards.nvidia.
And only update drivers from nvidia site. Do NOT use winupdate drivers
