Nvidia Classic Control Panel?

I can't get to the Nvidia classic control panal and I can't tell my video
card tempure since I can't get to it. Also I have a XFX Geforce 7950 500mb
video card and 1 gig of memory and if anyone else having problems playing
Arma Combat operations, when I had Windows XP i played the demo on max
settings and played perfect now with Vista I can't play it on the lowest
settings without being lagged to death, anyone else having problems like
this? If someone would e-mail me at (e-mail address removed) to help me
get to classic view would be many thanks

Classic control panel is gone in latest drivers. However, to see your
card temp, just use the advanced view, and install nvidia's ntune (from
their site).
