Numbers instead of ABC?

I don't know how it comes but you can change it back with Tools>Options>General, uncheck R1C1 reference style
 
Click on <Tools><Options><General> and goto <Settings><R1C1 Reference style>
and click off.

Hi all
How come I see numbers 1...x
instead of the standard A B C columns?
I have Office XP...
Please advise

Use Tools | Options; open General and check the R1C1 reference style
