R1C1 Reference file

Dear all,

I have an (old) excel file, which, when opened, changes my reference style
settings to R1C1. Even when i put it back to the "A1"-reference style and
save the file, next time it will reseet my excel to R1C1.

What do i need to change where to avoid R1C1 in the future?

Is there some workbook open code that sets the reference style Johannes?

Does not seem to be, unless somewhere "behind". Even when copying to new
workbook is seem to "copy to problem"
