number of voting buttons

is there a limit to the number of voting buttons you can set up and send with
a message? i need to set up 28, but only 16 will attach and send.

If only 16 work, my guess is that's the limit. You might need to rethink
your approach and use a custom form instead.

I've heard the maximum was 32 and did try it a while ago (not sure which
version I was using at the time)!
