ntoskrnl.exe corrupt, no keyboard, help!

I have windows XP pro. I can't get into Windows because of corrupt or missing
,<windowsroot>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe I can't get past login screen
because my keyboard is not functioning....can't enter bios or safe mode...I'm
going nuts!!! Please help if you can.
