Ntfs.sys problem no other solution works

for some reason right after doing a full format and installing
everything again, minus some junk, and right after upgrading my nvidia
drivers I get an error. First it says my natabus.sys is missing so I go
into xp cd and repair nothing happens, then i go into recovery console
and copy the file from my nividia disk that error goes away.

Now I have Ntfs.sys is missing...no option to repair only format the
current partition1 or make new partition, so I go to recovery console
do a chkdsk /r and even try copying Ntfs.sys from floppy to
C:/windows/system32/drivers and it gives me a Access Denied. Is there
anything I can do without having to reformat. I've looked at other
forums and threads and they don't help otherwise I would'nt be asking
right now.

Thanks in advance

Seems youre installation method is wrong..How does one "install everything
minus some junk" during the os installation...Also when or where are you
installing the nvidia drivers...If you run intel board, try running the chip
set
installation utility first.
