NTFS and Fat32

I was wondering since running me xp disk, My C drive is now ntfs and my d
drive
is Fat32... What does this mean??

If you don't understand the differences between NTFS and VFAT (Fat32), what
it means to you won't make sense. On the other hand, once you're familiar
with how NTFS and VFAT work, it should become more apparent how this
affects you.
