NTF Neato Labeling file failure to open

I solved the problem by checking the trust levels in the Version #
7.0.462.000 of Zone Alarm that I recently bought. Go to the control
center and click on Programs, the click on the programs tab. Scroll
down and change any settings of Media Face or Neato to trusted and
include the check mark for internet access. If this works for anyone
out there, let me know. Thanks

This was for problems with opening *local* files, on your machine, wasn't
it?
