ntdll.dll module problem

During a run-time of application on IE6.0, if a user
doesn't use the application for a half hour, the IE 6.0
displays the following error message due to ntdll.dll
module.

"Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Can anybody help me for this issue?

I couldn't find any information on Microsoft support web
site.

ntdll in windows 98, check for parasites.

Get AdAware and Spybot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
