I myself have been getting the same problem, Microsoft aways protecting users
but not fixing bugs in the programming, well that has been the case
apparently it is Microsoft Windows MD06-51 patch, there is a severe bug that
apparently has problems handling the Windows Kernal Mode and how IE functions
which supposely had an exploit and as a result that is where the crashing is
going on now, plus apparently I'll give you a list of errors besides
ntdll.dll that crashed IE, even ones that would cause Stop Errors,

And this is the result of Microsoft's refusal to fix bugs and protect users
under extreme urgentcy, also fatal effects of the MS06-51 patch.
