ntdll.dll error, Explorer shut down

All of a sudden one of my users has Internet keep shuting
down on her. Says IExplorer.exe has encountered a problem
and the log mentions ntdll.dll. Does anyone have a clue?

Also, it says it sends a message to Microsoft about the
error. All well and good but how do I find out any
feedback on it.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
