NTBACKUP, Restoration problem

Hi,

Am having a 40/80GB DLT Tape drive and am using backup
through NTBACKUP. The problem is when i take apprx.35GB
data backup, it completes the backup successfully but when
i try to restore the same it asks me to insert tape#2
after 80% of restoration, the restoration doesn't
completes successfully.

Can u pls help me on the same.

Try cleaning the tape heads.

Hi Jerry,

We hv tried cleaning the drive, even changed the DLT drive
with a new one. But still the problem is same.

I am assuming this is NOT an appended tape.
