NTBACKUP.exe - err msg: No unused media was available

Hi,

When i try to do a schedule backup job eg. "daily", i'm
only able to successfully backup the first time. On the
next schedule backup, i will received the err msg " The
operation was not performed because no unused media was
available.

Pls help.
