Backup Error

Am running windows 200 server with sp4. Running NTbackup every evening with
the /um switch and has been working fine. Recently I am now getting the
following error "The operation was not performed because no unused media was
available."
Is this because all of the tapes now have a backup on them and they will not
overwrite? How do I resolve this?

No. You'll find that they are two separate incidents with windows 2000 and
windows 2003 SBS with different error messages

The nature of your problem is much the same, it's the
same application and the cure is probably the same.
Much better to cross-post both problems in both
newsgroups to avoid duplication of effort.

So what is the suggested action in both cases? It a problem with removable
storage?
