NT4 Server RAS in native AD

M

Mark N.

I have an NT4 member server running RAS in my active directory. I also have
an NT4 domain with trusts between it and the active directory (last remnant
of my AD upgrade). Anyway, I moved that NT4 member from the NT4 domain to
the AD without any issues and my users are still authenticating via the NT4
domain. However, when I try to dial in and authenticate with the AD, it
tells me that I don't have access rights. I know that I've allowed my own
account to have dial-in rights in AD, so what could be the problem? The one
thing that makes me wonder is that my AD domain is running in 2000 native
mode. Would this prevent me from authenticating through RAS on an NT4
member server in the active directory?
Unfortunately, I do have to keep that NT4 member for a while as the RAS
board and FAX boards don't have Win2K drivers :-(

Thanks,
Mark
