No NT4 in Native mode domain?

Is it just that NT4 domain controllers can't participate in a native AD
domain, or are NT4 Servers excluded even as plain old members? What about
NT4 Workstation? I've seen mention of an AD plugin for Win9x but not for
NT4 Workstation.

You can hae NT 4 Servers and Workstations as a member in AD native mode
domain
