I would like to add a windows 2K server to a NT domain with a NT PDC and BDC. I do not want the W2K server to be the PDC or BDC, I just want it to be a server. Is that possible.
Yes, just join it to the domain like any other Windows 2000 Professional
desktop.

Thanks for the info. I thought that the W2K server would take over as PDC when you joined the domain, and you wouldn't have a choice.

A NT domain use NETBIOS, for allow your W2K server to
communcate with your PDC, you need to enter the NT WINS
server address (If you have one) or edit the LMHOST file
on your W2K server.
