Nr recognition aftes synchronisation

N

Nicolaas

I synchronise my contacts in my Nokia with Outlook. That works fine, except
that Outlook put a space between country code and phone number. Thus any
incoming call is not recognised any more, because there is no space in the
number of the incoming call.

How to change that?

Thanks

Sounds like bad programming in the part of nokia - the phone should
recognize any valid phone format (including ones with dots, dashes and
parens) as a phone number, not just a 10 digit number.

Try using international freephone as your dialing location - see
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2009/20090410.htm for more information.
You'll need to edit existing contacts to remove the spaces but outlook won't
change them in the future.
