First I upgraded from win98 to win2000 never had problem running
windows
16 bit application. Now the Win2000 system can't the 16 bit
application.
This win2000 drives me nut. I've never had this kind of problem of
win98.
I can't downgrade to win98 FAt32 system by losing all hundreds of the
application. Win2000 is not compatible to these programs since I
upgrade to
service pack 3. Win2000 is simply suck! I will get rid of Win2000 if I
can convert NTFS partition to FAT32 partition.

Red Cloud,

How many times are you going to flog this already dead horse?

Converting NTFS to FAT32 - see here:

http://faq.arstechnica.com/link.php?i=1820

Note the reference to Partition Magic. You will have to buy it or a similar
third party solution.

Reverting back to Win 98 - see here:

Others have given you the proper advise on several occasions. PLEASE, find
competent local help before you completely trash your system. And in the
future, have a complete and reliable backup system in place before you make
major changes to a system that suits your purposes.
