novice user upgrading from 98 to XP

Ran the compatibility capability. found HW & SW compatibility issue
HW that might need additional files for
Network adapter
WAN Miniport (ATW

Software that does not support X
TBS Montego II Audio (in Control Panel

Not sure the implications of the upgrade and/or how to find the files these may need. will my network connection not work and my audio not work after the upgrade
 
What type of Network Card (NIC) do you have? Make sure you download the XP drivers for the NIC prior to the upgrade.

The software is for audio and probably wont be needed and I wouldnt stress.
