Novell -> Win2k AD file system rights

I am new to AD and need to know how (trustee)rights flow
from root folders down. How do I set up a home share and
grant full rights to the user's home folder so only he
can see the data and he cannot see other home folders?
I assume admins retain access through all this?

Windows doesn't do the Novell-like per-user/group invisible folders thing.
