Novalogic Delta Force Games

Games played fine with Win 98. Installed Win XP and you
can select character / mission. Mission begins loading
then screen goes blue and says " A problem has been
detected and windows has been shut down. Check for Bios
updates, disable memory options such as caching or
shadowing."
Begins dump of physical memory.
An update for my bios is available but I am afraid I will
mess something up.
Any Suggestions?

Hi Dan
Which deltaforce game is this? Have you already tried installing newer
versions of your graphics card display drivers? Have you at any point
installed drivers for your motherboards chipset? If not try doing so. Are
you running as a limited user? In the error that is being displayed is any
other information shown?
