notifyalert.exe

I see that XP has a program running called "notifyalert.exe".
It uses 11,772 KB of memory.
Does anyone know what this if and if it can be permanently deleted from
loading?

Not part of xp. It's supplied from Dell. Either call Dell or unistall their
support software.
