Periodicaly I get the following Window:
NotifyAlert.exe - Common Language Runtime Debuggi...
"Applicatiion has generated an exception that could not
be handled.

Process id=0xa38(2616), Thread id=0xa3c(2620)
click OK to terminate the application
click CANCEL to debug the application"

If I click CANCEL then I get the Window
NotifyAlert.exe - No debugger found
"Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to
launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted
in an error code of 0x2(2). Please check computer
settings.

cordbg.exe !a0xa38

Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a
debugger manually.
Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request."

This particular annoying internal popup seems to have no
value to my operation. How can I eliminate it?

.
Thanks for the link. I took the forum's advice and
uninstalled Dell Support which I understand will fix the
problem. It evidently appeared with my download and use
of Spybot.
Once again thanks for your help in resolving this problem
for me and keep up your good work for others.
