Notification of low disk space

Anton

I constantly get a popup message warning me of low disk
space on drive C. I have a 40 Gig hard drive partitioned
into 4 seperate drives, drive C only containing Windows
XP Home and 1 or 2 other small programs. All my files
and folders are saved in the other drives. The size of
drive C is about 4 GB. It is as if some invisible thing
is filling the drive, but I do not know what. I might be
in the middle of recording a wave file or just browsing
the internet ehen I receive the message. What could be
the problem?
