Low Disk Space

We keep receiving the message warning about low disk space but show available
space on all drives. Tried disk clean up tools but still get the message.

Make/model of computer? What size are the drives, how much available free
space on each?

I guess you believe shooting the messenger solves the problem! That's a
stupid solution. db·´¯`·...¸><)))º> is another member of the loony

I would be interested in seeing a Disk Defragmenter report from Pat's
computer. Open Disk Defragmenter and click on Analyse. Select View
Report and click on Save As and Save. Now find VolumeC.txt in your My
Documents Folder and post a copy. Do this before running Disk
Defragmenter as it is more informative.

Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp to
Empty your Recycle Bin and Remove Temporary Internet Files. Also
select Start, All Programs, accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp,
More Options, System Restore and remove all but the latest System
Restore point. Run Disk Defragmenter.

Hope this helps.

I don't think so! It just means he can turn it off until he can find the
problem. Its no big deal and it will not harm anything. So calm down!

Message is about low (little: relative term) and free space. The message is
about the windows partition, nowhere else. The fact that there is available
space just confirms there is free space, not how much there is. Unable to
determine if the message itself is the cause of your consternation, or, the
cause of the message itself, or both.
