notification area

Sometimes the icon in notification area ( task bar ) is
there and somtimes it is not,most of the time it's not
how can I correct this issue.

Right click Taskbar > Properties > under "Notification area" > click
"Customize". On the "Customize Notifications" dialog, under "Select an item,
then choose its notification behavior", select "Microsoft
AntiSpyware -Active", under "Current Items", click in the list box and
choose "Always Show".

I think you'll need to recheck this one when another beta build is
available--I think you are seeing a known bug.
