notification area icons

I am Having a problem with my network connection icons
not being able to be removed when unchecked in network
connection property settings. any advice would greatly be
appreciated

you'll have 2 remove them from the hardware section to
be able 2 remove them.start---control panel---performance
and maintenance---system icon---hardware tab---device
manager---under modems + ,and network adaptors + ,look 4
the ones you want to delete---right click on it and
uninstall-----after your done,best to restart your
computer.

no no no,right click on your taskbar,then select
properties,then customize you may have to check hide
inactive icons first,click on the one you want then the
drop down arrow box check always hide then ok then APPLY
and uncheck the hide inactive icons and apply
again,should take care of it for you.
