Nothing but 64-bit IE can access internet

I am running Windows XP Pro x64, and since a few days ago, nothing but 64-bit
Internet Explorer has been able to access the internet. 32-bit IE, FireFox,
anti-virus software, all can't connect. I get a response when I ping
websites. Any ideas? I figure it's gotta be a corrupted file or some other
software problem, but I don't know what else to try.

Thanks in advance.

Okay, it's the NVidia Network Access Manager. I uninstalled it, and now
everything works!
