Notepad

Notepad is not working. I use to be able to hit view on
web to bring up the html source now it is not working.
Please all help is appreciated

First, clear the Temporary Internet cache:

Checkpoints:
Delete any shortcuts named "notepad' in the desktop
Check for the file notepad.exe in the following paths and delete them:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\
C:\Documents and Settings\<Your user profile>\Desktop\
