Edit with Notepad 3

Thanks everyone for your help, but........
First a little recap.
On my toolbar, when I click on the icon (edit with notepad), the notepad
open with a program on the subject of my home page, the title on top of the
notepad is: au_my_yahoo [1].html-Notepad.

The Q. is how can I get rid of the program written on the notepad opening
page after I click on the icon on the toolbar.
I would like to use the way of clicking on the icon on the toolbar to use my
notepad from there.

I have to make a couple assumptions here, tell me if I am wrong: you are
referring to the Edit icon in Internet Explorer, and you have your
homepage open when you click it.

Internet Explorer does not have the option of adding a generic "open
Notepad" icon to your toolbar. So, the answer is: No, you cannot do
what you want to do, it is not currently possible. What is happening
is: 1) You have a webpage loaded, 2a) You select the Edit icon, and then
the Edit with Notepad option, OR 2b) You select the Edit with Notepad
icon, 3) Notepad opens with the html code for the webpage you have open.

I would suggest creating a Quicklaunch button for Notepad, so you have
it at the bottom of your screen whenever you need it. This would be
independent of Internet Explorer, so you can open Notepad with one click
at any time.

As Brian stated.....the Edit With Notepad icon in Internet Explorer is
Only for editing web pages. To use Notepad for other text tasks, you
must go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Notepad to open it...... or right
click on it there & choose the option to place a Shortcut on the
Desktop. Then, drag that shortcut to the Quicklaunch bar or wherever is
convenient for you to find it quickly.
