Notepad toolbar button

My notepad toolbar button is greyed out and the menu view
source doesn't function. I do have the latest internet
explorer installed. My Windows system operating report is
OK. Please, help. Thanks

Hi,

Try clearing the cache from IE, Tools, Internet Options.
