notebook program with multi-language support?

looking for something to take notes as I'm learning japanese. Any notebooks
that allows for IME input?

Something you probably already usa: Microsoft Word (2000 and newer) can (with
IME installed).

where do I download that? :)

the only editors that I have that accept the IME is outlook express and
mozilla composer. while mozilla composer can do the notes, I was hoping for
something better suited to organization.
