not sending mail nor receiving mail through hotmiail

dear sir

Due to some reason whenever I try to send or received
through outlook it is saying"TaskPOP3 - SENDING RECEIVING
REPORTED ERR(0X800CC0D): UNABLE TO FIND THE EMAIL SERVER.
pLEASE VERIFY THE SERVER INFORMATION IN YOUR ACCOUNT
PROPOERTIES

PLEAE GUIDE ME
