not responsive enough

Hi every couple of minutes after using wmm it becomes slow or unresponsive
and then it will start becoming unresponsive at a certain point when i try to
edit a certain clip in eah film and wont let me save after that so i never am
able to edit on certain clip in all my movies and then when its starts to
slow down eventually it stops letting me hear the audio it wont even play
even though i hit the play button can anyone help me?

Could be an installation problem but it could also be the filetypes which is
obviously easier to look at initially.
Your message is a little hard to understand but it sounds like it is not ALL
clips but only certain ones and it is not only with one project.
Sound about right?
Take a look at the clips that cause this problem.
What type(s) of files are they (extensions)?
Also what type(s) of audio files (extensions) are in your project?
Finally how many clips (audio/video/still images) make up the project and ~
how many transitions?

Along with Wojo's suggestions, maybe you have auto save on, which will save
your project every so often and it is this that is causing the slow down.

Good call, once again I didn't think of that

Along with Wojo's suggestions, maybe you have auto save on, which will
save your project every so often and it is this that is causing the slow
down.
