[not responding]

I am getting a [not responding] message for one program in
the task manager. The program is runing corectly and
continues to run correctly after reciving the [not
responding] message. It's a small outlook contact sysc
program and is idle when reciving the message. Any ideas?

You should contact the program's mftr. about this. They'll be able to
answer your tech questions about their software.
