"not responding"

I have explorer and netscape on my computer and whenever
i open either and type in the address i want, it says
that its "not responding" What can i do to fix this?

What are you using for an ISP? Do you have a valid IP address for your
machine? Have you contacted the ISP to see if they are having issues in
your area? Do you have other PCs in the environment that dont have the
problem?
