not refreshing in explorer

Hi my problem is that when a certian user on my network
connects to the file server, he cannot immediatly refresh
deleted and new files/folders.

Here is what is happening: Say he navigates to the
folder he wants to drop a file into. He drops the file
into that folder, but when he does that the file does not
immediatly appear. The same happens with deleting. He
can wait five minutes and it still does not appear. If
he were to click on the back button and then the forward
button (aka. refreshing the screen) the file will
appear. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going
on here?

May be because the new file is added at the end of the contents, not in the
alphabetical order that you might expect, until you re-open the folder. So,
if the folder is full, you will not see the new addition until you scroll to
the end of the folder contents.
