Not receiving wife's e-mails

I have recently change to Outlook
My e-mail is (e-mail address removed) - that works
Wy wife's e-mail is different but also @ntlworld.com - we do not receive her
e-mails
Can any one help?

Do you have the info for her account (mail server names, login & password)?
