Outlook 2003 send/receive error

Until 11/17 Outlook worked fine. Started getting receiving error
(0x800CCC90) "Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal
error. I have contacted my ISP with no success. All settings seem to be
correct. My wife has identical computer with Outlook and hers works fine.

I'm not sure how anyone here can help you when it was your ISP's mail server
that is reporting the error.
