I have Outlook2007 with outlook connector but I am able to send the messages
but outlook is unable to download my hotmail mailbox give me the reply with
solution

What happens when you try?
Do you get an error returned?
What does the log file of the connector tell you about the connection?

No, its not showing me any error message or anything as I am able to send the
messages, it means I am properly connected to the internet,
I am not a hotmail paid account user, its a free hotmail account, kindly
revert me back with the same

Maybe you could help me with a similar problem? I contacted Microsoft
through Hotmail support this morning and they referred me to Outlook
Connector support, but I can't get past product ID :( Where in the heck
would you find a product ID for the Outlook Connector?

Anyways, I have Windows Live Hotmail and Outlook 2007. I started using the
Outlook Connector a week or so ago and it's been great. This week it hasn't
been syncing at all though. It's not a huge problem since I can still use my
email online, but it's aggravating not to be able to use Hotmail with Outlook
:(

I saw your earlier reply to a similar problem. I removed my antivirus
plugin from Outlook and changed the offline settings for checking mail.

My log says:

"Outlook Connector Version 12.0.4518.1068

In Outlook Connector: Help | About and the product ID should be there.

I kept reading posts and found a solution :) I didn't mention earlier that
I'd repaired, removed, and reinstalled Outlook Connector.

I didn't, however, didn't the email account entry. I read that someone did
and that fixed their problem. This time I repaired, removed, and reinstalled
Outlook Connector and removed the email account.

It looks like it's working now :) My Hotmail account in Outlook is current!

Seems like a lot of trouble to go through if it happens again though :(

Guess that "fix" didn't continue to work after all :( All looked fine at
first and I got an initial sync. Now the server status is in a perpetual
"connecting" mode and I can't even get a log, plus the log was removed from
my toolbar.

Oh well, guess I'll keeping checking email on the Web. It's just aggravating.

Sending Hotmail from Outlook has never been a problem, but I haven't tried
since this last snafu.

Yes, I tried that, but its not working too, I am still in trouble with this
reply me with the same

I'm having a similar problem in that the hotmail is not syncing with Outlook
2003. Specifically, I get the following message in the Connector (v
12.0.4518.1068) log:

"Error in Mail
There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your
account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web.
Error: 5102. Server. Xfs request 'SyncBinary' failed. Response code:
'InternalServerError', server response: '999 0'. "

I am able to get to my mail on my (e-mail address removed) account on the web, but
it does not transfer to Outlook.

The message suggests to me that the problem in on the server and I should
not have to change any settings, etc. Problem started some time yesterday,
or early this morning (5-June).

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks.
Rick

I am getting the same error message.

My Outlook Inbox is not synching with my Windows Live Hotmail web account,
although everything else is synching OK (contacts, tasks, sent mail, etc.).
I think this has problem may have something to do with working on my Inbox
while not online.

Have you solved your problem? How? Thanks.

I am receiving my inbox but can't send since I downloaded the connector. The
error message says timed out. We haven't found any specific info for that
problem.

I'm using Outlook connector on two e-mail accounts in Outlook 2003 (MSN &
Live). My MSN account is syncing fine with Outlook Connector however my Live
account is not. I'm only able to send e-mails from the Live account through
Outlook 2003 and unable to receive any using the program.

This happened to me about 6 weeks ago with the same account but somehow
fixed itself... Any advice?

THis is the answer which cured my problems.
Create a new email profile in Outlook following the instructions as below, a
