Not receiving Email

Ok, My system admin is out of the country and all of a
sudden I am not able to receive email. I can send fine.
It says that there is an error and cannot connect with my
POP server. I have checked all the settings and they
match all my coworkers (all there stuff works) Any
suggestions?? Please I am desperate!!

I had the same problem last week. My isp told me to check
for spyware, cause some of it will keep your internet
from working. Not sure if that helps, but I found a ton
of it on my computer and now my internet and email work.
