not receiving e_mails

I have been using outlook express for some while now with orange as my isp.
Yesterday i switched to sky as my isp.
Now i can send emails via outlook express but am not receiving any.
I have checked all my settings and can't see anything wrong.
I have linked the email address given me by sky.com to my old email address.
Any ideas please?

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups).

That having been said, do you receive any errors when trying to receive
mail? Is the mailbox hosted by either the old or new ISP?
