not printing properly.

I have a HP Desk Jet 990 Cse Professional Series.
I have installed Office XP on my computer.
The problem I have is that the printer will not print in
greyscale. The highlights in red or blue Do Not Print.

I have re-installed the printer software but the problem
persists. Please HELP.

If it prints correctly from all other applications, you could try asking in
the Office newsgroups at
