Not printing background picture

I have a document on a network drive. One of the users is unable to print
the document with the background picture. The document prints fine from
other computers. She must have something coded in Word that is not allowing
her to print the background picture. Does anyone know what may be preventing
this?

Depends on what version of Word and how the background was inserted.

It was inserted through "background-Picture". It was inserted on Office
2003, but the computer it is not working on is Office 2000.

If you mean that the background was inserted by clicking on
Format | Background | Fill Effects | Picture, then the background
will not print in Word 2002 or earlier. In Word 2003, it is
possible to make such a background print by clicking on Tools |
Options | Print | check the "Background colors and images" box |
