Not Playing Preview

HELP!! For some reason all of a sudden only like 1/10 of the times I try to
preview my project will it actually play. ALSO, my sound seems to just stop
half way through the few times I get it to preview, even though I have a song
through the entire project with the volume all the way up on it.
