Not passing along signon

I have configured a series of RDP files with ID's and PASSWORDS in a secure location with specific access for certain users. I created these files with the saved ID and PASSWORD, but they only autologon for me and not the other users who have access to them. When the other users logon, they are prompted for a userid and password. What have I done wrong?

To quote Vera on a previous post:

This is by design. For security reasons, the password is encrypted in
such a way that only the same user, on the same machine, can decrypt it.
Just teach the users that they type in their password on first
connection, and save it into the rdp file.
