not mapping network drive

I tried start on logon and it still does not work. You
have to log on manually through my computer and sometimes
it won't even let you do that. Any solutions? I would
appreciate any help
 
What happens when you try to map a network drive?
Don't know what you mean by "start on logon".....
More details about your network might help.
